What’s new?

Well....we performed at the Oliver Community Festival and Relay for Life on June 1st, and as always, both events were fabulous!  This year we had the good fortune to be joined by the lovely Boomer Belly Dancers from Bedouin Beats; a special thanks to Cristine, Ana, Yvonne D., Diane and Yvonne R. for adding their delicate footwork and beautiful twirling skirts to our performance.  Put these two events on your calendars for 2014, Boomers! On June 22, 2013, we helped lead approximately 200 Tai Chi Conference members as they made their way from behind the Centennial Library to the main stage at Churchchill Square.  For this event we became a mini-samba marching band, and thanks to the generosity of John and the folks at Impact, we were able to complement our gear with 3 marching drums!  Something new for us, and we hope to do it again.  Thanks to John for loaners, and to the FLK Tao Chi group for inviting us.
